Payment Method

Krissu Fashion only supports cash / cheque deposit to our banking account, online banking and online credit card payment. Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with delivery.

Kindly deposit the total amount to our company's banking account and seek confirmation after the deposit, stating the amount deposited, payment method, date of deposit and order number. Kindly retain your receipt for verification.

If you have overpaid us, we will refund you in Coupon unless you specifically request to return in cash. Please contact our friendly customer service.

Mode of payment:

• Through cash deposit machine
  • Cash deposit machine doesn't accept RM1, RM2 or RM5. If your order total amount is RM55, please bank in RM60.
    We will transfer back the extra RM5 to your bank account or return it into your parcel.
• ATM transfer
• Cash deposit through bank counter
  • Please check with bank whether they have any service charge for cash deposit through bank counter. If yes, please add in the service charge amount to the total amount that you want to deposit.
    Normally bank will directly deduct the RM0.50 service charge from the total amount you deposit. It will cause your total payment not tally with your order total amount.
• Online Banking
• Cash  *Only applicable for self-collection customers.

In the case where payment is not made within 3 days the order is made, the order will be canceled!
